Personal Projects
I am providing a collection of my development projects to the public, with the hope that they can provide benefit to others. Unless otherwise noted, these projects are available under the GNU General Public License v2.0

Plone
Folder Map View (v1.0)
The FolderMapView product provides an additional ‘Display’ view for Plone Folder objects. The new view is an abbreviated sitemap-style view of the current folder’s child folders, similar to the directory view in Microsoft Sharepoint. This product is also registered in the Plone Product Directory.

Apple iPhone
Axis4iPhone (v0.5.1)
When setup on a hosted server, this project, provides a web viewer for Web Cameras from Axis Communications, via the Apple iPhone Safari web browser. It refreshes much quicker when connected to WiFi networks, and although it works over EDGE, mileage may vay.

Wordpress
MediaLink Plugin (v1.0)
There are already plenty of plugins that allow content authors to embed Flash-based videos (ex: YouTube) into pages and posts in Wordpress. The problem with these approaches is that embedded videos take up a lot of screen real estate. The Wordpress MediaLink plugin uses Lightbox-Gone-Wild (also used by Digg.com) to embed a small screenshot of the video. When clicked on, a Lightbox Javascript window is created with the video embedded. This approach still allows visitors to view the embedded videos while getting the maximum amount of content embedded on the host page.

Path Communications
Path Application Monitor
I worked on training and implementation tasks for Path Communications’ PAM product. PAM is a unique monitoring solution that integrates with a Java JVM to track performance and availability metrics. It can dynamically react to changes in the JVM to tune or recycle processes running within it.
University of Phoenix (UoP)
Workflow and Imaging Network (WIN)
The WIN Enterprise Application was deployed internally to 3,000+ employees as a means of collaborating on all Admissions and Financial Aid applications. The WIN architecture has handled millions of imaged student loan files. While working for UoP, I setup networking monitoring tools for auditing WIN document volumes, provided training to end users, and designed User Interfaces for various WIN Software Clients.
Fiserv / Del Mar Database
Vendor Services Platform (VSP)
The Vendor Services Platform is a suite of web service integrations to various mortgage industry service providers. While managing the functional requirements for VSP, I created schema mappings between Del Mar’s proprietary SQL database schema and various vendor XML formats. Additionally, I created wireframes / models for the ASP.NET-based applications. I managed the functional requirements for integrations to DSI Docmagic, MERS, and GMAC ResCap.
